Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

United States:

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days transit after processing)

• Flat rate shipping: $6.99

• Free shipping on orders $50 and up

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to select international destinations.

• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on destination.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by HALFVL.
  • Once a package leaves the United States, tracking updates may vary depending on the destination country and local postal service.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

HALFVL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if this occurs.
